Chris is a transactional attorney with experience representing clients in the corporate, technology, and entertainment/media sectors.

Chris has advised startups, investors, and growth stage companies with respect to venture financings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. Further, Chris has advised buyers in high-value music catalog acquisitions, conducted due diligence, and prepared key transaction documents. He also has experience counseling recording artists, producers, and entertainment companies with respect to music clearance, licensing, and other entertainment-related transactions.

Chris began his legal career as a corporate associate at a prominent global law firm. He earned his Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law with high honors, obtaining certificates in Entertainment and Media Law, Business Law, and Technology and Entrepreneurship Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Chris is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
